About
Some people find their calling. Tabitha Browhow was born into hers.At the age of 14, Tab produced her first event — and never looked back. What started as a gift became a lifelong passion, then a career, then a legacy. Thirty years later, Tab stands as one of the most experienced and credentialed luxury event architects in the South.
LOUISIANA ROOTS
Born and raised in Louisiana, Tab built her reputation in one of the most culturally rich event markets in the country. Mardi Gras balls, D9 Greek organization galas, military celebrations, celebrity events, nonprofit fundraisers — Tab did it all, and she did it with a level of artistry that earned her the title of Mardi Gras Queen of North Louisiana.
Her work caught the attention of national media. Events By Tab was featured in a two-page spread in Lola Magazine — Louisiana’s premier lifestyle publication. Her client’s work was recognized in Elle Magazine. And in 2021, Tab was featured on the OWN Network’s Heart & Hustle of Houston — bringing her story to a national audience.
THE LEAP OF FAITH
After 25 years as an HR Business Partner in oil, gas, and manufacturing — a career that gave her an extraordinary foundation in operations, logistics, and organizational management — Tab made the decision that would change everything. She trusted God, took a leap of faith, and committed herself fully to the craft she had always loved.
She opened Venecia Luxury Venue in Louisiana — a full-service luxury event venue where she oversaw catering, design, vendor management, and operations end to end. It became the foundation for everything Events By Tab is today.
HOUSTON & BEYOND
Two years ago, Tab packed up her vision, her inventory, and her thirty years of expertise and relocated to Houston, Texas — one of the most dynamic, diverse, and opportunity-rich cities in the country. She came not as a newcomer, but as a veteran ready to introduce Houston to a new level of luxury event architecture.
Today, Events By Tab operates as a full-service experiential production company — serving Houston, Louisiana, and destination markets worldwide. From intimate luxury galas to festivals drawing thousands of guests, from brand activations to destination weddings, from government ceremonies to celebrity events — Tab architects experiences that move people.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Tab’s true gift is storytelling. She doesn’t decorate spaces — she builds worlds. Every event she produces is a fully realized thematic experience where every element — the florals, the lighting, the linen texture, the flatware, the music, the guest journey — is intentional and interconnected.
